A 5 P monoblock pump is a 5 horsepower close coupled centrifugal pump where the impeller is mounted right on the motor shaft. The letter P is Rinku Engineers’ model name for our high performance 5HP design. When you switch it on, the IE3 motor spins the impeller and the impeller pushes the water out. It is mainly used in factories, farms, dairies and HVAC where more flow and pressure are needed than a small home pump can give.
The price of a 5 P monoblock pump in India starts at about Rs 18500 for the standard 3 phase cast iron model. The SS304 impeller model costs about Rs 24000 and the OEM private label model costs up to Rs 28000. Bulk orders of 10 or more pumps get a further 10 to 15 percent discount. The 5 P monoblock is three phase 415V as our standard model. It is made for industrial and agricultural use. The single phase 220V version is also available on special order for rural areas and small farms that do not have three phase power. The three phase model lasts longer, uses less power and is good for full day work duty.
Our 5 P monoblock pump can move up to 30000 liters or 30 m³ of water in one hour. The max water lift is 35 meters or 115 feet. We can trim the impeller to give you more flow or more head based on your exact need. Just call us and tell us your tank height, pipe length and how many hours per day you will run the pump.
The 3 HP pump is for small homes and light duty. The 5 P is bigger, stronger and made for full day work. It moves 65 percent more water and lifts 5 meters higher. The 5 P has a thicker cast iron body, an IE3 motor and a bigger impeller. If you have a factory, a big farm, a dairy or an HVAC system, the 5 P is the right choice. For a small home or hostel, the 3 HP is enough.
