About the Product

The AMG Centrifugal Pump — Built for Industrial Demands

The AMG Centrifugal Pump is a premium single-stage, end-suction, horizontally-mounted centrifugal pump designed and manufactured by Rinku Engineers. As a leading AMG centrifugal pump manufacturer in India, we’ve engineered the AMG series to deliver superior hydraulic performance, exceptional energy efficiency, and unmatched reliability across the toughest industrial environments.

With over two decades of pump engineering expertise, Rinku Engineers has refined the AMG design through continuous R&D, finite element analysis, and real-world field testing. Each pump is precision-balanced, hydrostatically tested, and performance-validated before dispatch — ensuring it meets our strict ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

Our AMG pumps are available in three material variants — Cast Iron for standard water duties, SS304 stainless steel for mildly corrosive applications, and SS316 stainless steel for aggressive chemicals, seawater, and pharmaceutical-grade fluids. Special alloys like Hastelloy, Monel, and Alloy-20 are available on request for extreme service conditions.

As a trusted AMG centrifugal pump supplier and exporter, Rinku Engineers maintains ready stock of 24 AMG models ranging from 0.5 HP to 100 HP, enabling fast-track dispatch within 3-5 working days. Custom configurations — special voltages (415V/380V/220V/440V/480V/660V), 50/60 Hz, ATEX explosion-proof, and skid-mounted packages — are engineered to your specifications.

Key Features

Engineered for Performance, Built to Last

Every AMG centrifugal pump is designed with features that deliver measurable value — lower energy bills, reduced maintenance, and longer service life.

High Hydraulic Efficiency

Optimized impeller geometry and volute casing deliver up to 78% hydraulic efficiency, significantly reducing power consumption and operating costs.

Back Pull-Out Design

The back pull-out construction allows bearing and mechanical seal maintenance without disturbing the pump casing or piping — reducing service time by 60%.

Heavy-Duty Bearings

Premium SKF/FAG bearings with grease lubrication and an L10 life of 50,000+ hours ensure smooth, vibration-free operation even under continuous duty.

Mechanical Seal

Standard John Crane / Burgmann-type mechanical seal with SiC/SiC faces handles abrasive and corrosive fluids. Cartridge seal upgrades available.

Dynamically Balanced Impeller

Each impeller is precision-cast, CNC-machined, and dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 G6.3 standards — eliminating vibration and bearing wear.

High-Temperature Capability

Standard design handles fluids up to 120°C. High-temp variants with special seals and cooling jackets extend service to 180°C.

Premium Motor

Crompton / Havells / ABB IE3 efficiency motors as standard. IE4 premium-efficiency and VFD-ready options available.

Compact Footprint

Space-saving close-coupled or long-coupled designs fit into tight plant layouts without sacrificing accessibility.

How It Works

AMG Centrifugal Pump Working Principle

The AMG pump operates on the centrifugal force principle, converting mechanical energy from the motor into hydraulic energy through a precisely engineered impeller and volute system.

1. Suction Phase

When the motor starts, the impeller rotates at 1450 or 2900 RPM, creating a low-pressure zone at the suction inlet. Atmospheric pressure pushes fluid into the eye of the impeller through the suction pipe.

2. Acceleration Phase

The impeller’s curved vanes accelerate the fluid radially outward through centrifugal force, dramatically increasing the fluid’s velocity (kinetic energy) as it moves from the impeller eye to the periphery.

3. Pressure Conversion

As high-velocity fluid exits the impeller and enters the volute casing, the casing’s gradually expanding cross-section decelerates the flow, converting kinetic energy into pressure energy (head).

4. Discharge Phase

The pressurized fluid is delivered through the discharge outlet at the required flow rate and pressure to drive the application — whether it’s a water distribution network, boiler, cooling tower, or process line.

An AMG centrifugal pump works on the principle of centrifugal force. A motor-driven impeller rotates at high speed (1450 or 2900 RPM), creating a low-pressure zone at the suction inlet that draws fluid in. The impeller then accelerates the fluid radially outward, converting kinetic energy into pressure energy at the discharge outlet.

Rinku Engineers manufactures AMG centrifugal pumps in three primary materials: (1) Cast Iron body with bronze impeller for standard water applications, (2) SS304 stainless steel for mildly corrosive fluids, and (3) SS316 stainless steel for highly corrosive chemicals, seawater, and pharmaceutical applications.

AMG centrifugal pumps are used across industries including water treatment, irrigation, HVAC, boiler feed, cooling tower circulation, chemical processing, oil & gas, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, paper & pulp, mining, and fire-fighting systems.

AMG series pumps feature a heavy-duty bearing frame, dynamically balanced impeller, mechanical seal arrangement, and higher efficiency (up to 78%) compared to standard centrifugal pumps. AMG pumps also offer better NPSH characteristics and lower maintenance intervals.

Yes, Rinku Engineers exports AMG centrifugal pumps to 30+ countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Nigeria, Vietnam, Indonesia, USA, and UK. We provide complete export documentation, CE marking, and containerized shipping.

All AMG centrifugal pumps from Rinku Engineers come with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty, extendable to 5 years with our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Warranty covers manufacturing defects, bearing failures, and mechanical seal issues under normal operating conditions.

Yes, our AMG centrifugal pumps can handle fluids up to 120°C in standard configuration and up to 180°C with high-temperature mechanical seals. For chemicals, we offer SS316 construction, PTFE seals, and special alloy variants (Hastelloy, Monel) for aggressive media like sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and caustic soda.

To select the right AMG pump, you need four key parameters: (1) Required flow rate in m³/hr, (2) Total head in meters, (3) Fluid type and temperature, (4) Suction conditions (flooded or suction lift). Share these with our engineers for a free pump selection and quotation.

Standard AMG centrifugal pumps are dispatched within 3-5 working days from order. Customized pumps (special materials, voltages, or non-standard specs) require 15-25 working days. Export orders are delivered in 4-6 weeks via sea freight or 7-10 days via air freight.
